Text chat with EMORA is always free. Voice conversations use credits (1 credit ≈ $0.01). Premium members receive a monthly credit allotment, and you can buy top-up packs (Starter, Plus, Pro) anytime. Credits never expire.
Credits are added right after your purchase is verified. If they don't appear within a few minutes, fully close and reopen the app, then check your balance on the Voice Credits screen. Still missing? Email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
Subscriptions are managed through your app store: iPhone → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Android → Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the current period ends.
Yes — privacy is the foundation of EMORA. Your conversations and reflections are yours, are never sold, and you can delete your account anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Open EMORA → Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your profile and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Make sure you've granted microphone permission, have a stable internet connection, and the app is updated. If voice still won't start, restart the app. Reach out if the issue continues.
